I came here 100% sure about my decision, but still a bit nervous and upset. I came to the re option where I was greeted by a professional and friendly receptionist. I was treated with respect and dignity. She was polite, friendly, helpful & fully confidential. I was then taken to see a nurse called Joy who was also polite friendly, helpful and informative. After her I went to see gay who was also very helpful with my treatment. All the staff were so professional, friendly, helpful and informative. I was relaxed and relieved at the end of my treatment. Thank you very much for your help, support and excellent service.
